This project involved the lowering of an existing basement floor to allow for a suitable head height in a new living space and utility area in a previously unusable garage/storage area. 

 

The existing rear bedroom and bathroom were also refurbished.

 

The unsightly garage door to the front elevation was replaced with a new bay window to replicate the one above and improve the property's appearance in this conservation area.
